◎［１］New Type Flocking Equipment
BLOW Method is a new system of Flocking
Equipment which was developed by our company.
◎［２］Outline of Syetem
Pile is supplied automatically in Flocking
Room by Pile Supply Equipment. Photo Sensor maintains a uniform quantity of the supply
of pile.
Stirring of pile by lower Rotary Blower prevent pile from settling. Pile is circulated
by Circulation Fan.
◎［3］Large-sized Fumidifire [PAT.2889223]
1.Large-sized Humidifier have been installed all over the upper part
of Flocking Equipment. Providing of Pre-Heat
makes air supply higher 15 degrees temperature
than Flocking Room.It makes plenty of humidify.
2.Large-sized humidifier and BLOW Method
prevent pile from getting worse, and have
pressed for improvement in quality of Flocking.
Change of pile became unnecessary

Very bad pile which got mixed in a foreign
body just can be usable because heavy dust
doesn't go up.
◎［４］Prevent Pile from Scatter
1. This equipment is set minus pressure in
Flocking Room and Pile can not go outside.
2. Pile won't be blown out when this equipment
starts and stops, because Prepurge and Postpurge
will be done by Sequence Controller.
3.Maintenance of filter is not necessary
for long time, because large-sized Dust Collector
is set up at Exhaust Device.
［５］Easy Cleaning and Easy Maintenance
Simple structure makes easy cleaning and
easy maintenance.
Changing inspection-door for large-size one
makes better for maintenance.

Super High Speed Over Current Cut Device High Voltage cut at 1mmsec（1/1000sec） effective measures to a fire and an accident.
Electric current of High Voltage areDigital Displayed. It is possible to display and control
of １．０μＡ（ 1/1,000,000A） and high cut.
It is possible to control of Flocking quality too. It is possible to keep watch on Flocking
conditions by control of electric current
of High Voltage Equipment. Every kinds of Flocking conditions can be
grasped.

Voltage [PAT.2889223]
Using by epoxy resin insulator for electrode prevent from getting worse. Pile scatter
only on the products by its special shape.
This is one of the good points, therefore
it is not necessary for much quantity of
circulation of pile.
Fire and accident considered, electrode
is not exposed unnecessary part in shape.

It is possible to change pile in short
time, because a little pile is inside Flocking
Machine.
［９］Parts Conveyor
Chain conveyor was changed to Roller Conveyor.It prevent PARTS from falling. It deal with
every kind of PARTS. Adhesion of pile improved.

It became maintenance free PILE circulation
because of simple structure of stir rotary
blower and circulation fan.

Flocking Room and Pile Circulation keep
away from becoming rusty by made from stainless
steel.

Window to check the quantity of pile has
been set. New sensor was adopted.
