The Cause and Ccountermeasure of Bad Flocking.

［１］　The Cause of Bad Flocking by Pile.

　１．When the Pile become dry, static electricity which was taken a charge at the anode won't discharge electricity. Then the Pile will continue and it won't fly about. Flocking condition will get worse.

　２．In the case of our Flocking Equipment, Flocking condition won't be worse, because we developed HUMIDIFIER and we use special way of humidification.［ＰＡＴ．１０８４１９］


　［２］　The Cause of Bad Flocking by Glue.

　１．In the case of thin coating of glue, the condition of Flocking will be bad. Instead in the case of too thick coating of glue, the pile will go down.

　２．In the case of condition of thin dilution of glue, the condition of Flocking will be bad.

　３．The Flocking Equipment is not related to efficiency of Flocking such as peel off, strength, and loss of Flocking. Please examine with maker of glue.


　［３］　The Cause of Bad Flocking by things for Flocking

　１．Sometimes conditions of Flocking will be bad by its shape, because Static Flocking flocks by pile flying by influence of static electricity.

　２．Conditions of Flocking will be bad, because the pile fly to the cathode when the athode near "the things for Flocking" from 5mm to 7mm.

　３．Near the projecting part or shade part of "the things for Flocking", conditions of Flocking will be bad. In this case, It is good to adjust their posture.
